The CQB MRP Defender Model 'Piston 16' features a monolithic rail platform upper receiver with 16” chrome lined barrel, standard trigger group, semi auto bolt carrier group and SOPMOD buttstock assembly. NOTE: This is a gas piston rifle, not a direct gas-to-bolt system like a normal AR-15. This nearly emlinates fouling of the bolt from barrel gasses.
