CONTRACT PUBLIC SAFETY   (Not available in all areas) TIBA provides a very unique service in certain areas of the country. We found some time ago while working with NISLECC that many small towns were having trouble affording Law Enforcement services or in some cases finding someone to perform these services all together. Some towns had issues contracting with their county law enforcement officials and others simply could not afford the start up and logistical support costs of starting their own Police Department. TIBA provides an affordable option to these towns. Because we already have the internal structure of a Law Enforcement Agancy we can absorb most logistical problems with ease. So what do we do? Simply put we provide your city, town, company or limited geographic area (where legally able according to statutes) with a certified* police officer, complete with patrol vehicle and all needed equipment to perform the job. The officer will live close by and be available 24/7 and 365 days per year** to serve you and ONLY you. The officer(s) will be paid only for work performed according to your budget constraints.
